In 2002, Fabio Chizzola, a fashion photographer, and his wife, Laura Ferrara, a freelance fashion and beauty stylist, were looking for a weekend place in the Catskill Mountains. In the Ulster County town of Accord, they discovered a Dutch-American stone farmhouse with several barns, including the one at left, and what would become Mr. Chizzola’s new passion: a 32-acre apple orchard.
